One of the ways the GO BO Foundation fulfills its mission is by investing in organizations that provide high quality treatment options and are searching for a cure.

Your contributions to the GO BO Foundation are used to support cutting-edge research on cancer and related blood disorders at the MACC Fund

And your gifts provide state-of-the-art treatment in a child friendly environment provided by doctors like David Margolis at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin

The GO BO Foundation's first large donation was made on February 13, 2013 to the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. This gift of $75,000 was used to help create the Dr. David A. Margolis Chair in Pediatric Bone Marrow Transplant.

A picture of the check presentation is below. You can also read more about it in the Door County Advocate.

These organizations were important to Bo. With your financial support, the GO BO Foundation is becoming important to them.
Organizations We Support
The GO BO Foundation presents a check for $75,000 to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Pictured from left to right are Chris Lorona and Jessica DeJardin, two Door County residents who have received care at the hospital; Dr. David Margolis, Annika Johnson and Rolf Johnson.

Annika writes, "Extremely Excited, and so PROUD of this Door County Community, and others from afar, for all of your support, donations, volunteering, and to help us to keep BO's dream, to help others still struggling with Cancer, alive & well!!!!!!

This donation will help so many other children. Research is the key in the road for a cure & better quality of life for these kids.

WE, could not have done this alone...YOU, EVERYONE out there, made this happen! You should be very proud of yourselves.

BO's Legacy is alive because of the efforts of all of you. WE SAY THANK YOU!!!
